Once you've dropped off your repair, use our pickup notification system. <br><br>This way, you'll receive a message as soon as your repair is ready, and the pickup with the ShoeBox goes smoothly.
Receive Email 📬
Once the repair is complete, you'll receive an email. By clicking <span>Choose Pickup Method Now</span>, let us know if you want to pick up your repair with the ShoeBox.
Come over 🏃🏼♂️
As soon as the repair is in the box, you can come over. You'll receive the required password for the box via email.
Pay 💳
Scan the QR code on the box, select <span>Pickup</span>, and enter the password from the email. <br> <br> You now have the option to pay directly in front of the box with <span style="color:#253B80;">PayPal</span>.
Click - Take Out 😎
Done 🎉. Enjoy your repaired shoes ✨.
