Put the shoes into the box and then close it again.
PickupWith the ShoeBox
Use notification ✉️
After you've dropped off your repair with us, use our pickup notification system.
You will receive a message as soon as your repair is ready, and the pickup via the ShoeBox will go smoothly.
Receive email 📬
As soon as the repair is finished, you will receive an email. By clicking "Choose pickup method now", let us know whether you would like to pick up your repair using the ShoeBox.
Come by 🏃🏼♂️
As soon as your repair is in the box, you can come by. You will receive the password for the box by email.
Pay 💳
Scan the QR code on the box again, select "Pick up", and enter the password from the email.
You now have the option to pay via PayPal right in front of the box.
Click - Take out 😎
Done 🎉. Enjoy your repaired shoes ✨.
